  Hestiia is a clean tech heating business that mines Bitcoin! You won’t find Bitcoin in their deck or website, but this is what they’re doing. €1.4 million backlog (2,000 units) sold across 15 real estate developments. Sales pipeline currently represents €11 million in potential backlog. NOIA Capital is leading this round with a $2M investment. This is a co-syndication with our good friends at New Layer Capital.

  Privacy-First MVNO nationwide wireless carrier. Adam Back is investing in this current round and is also an advisor to the company. Led by Jonathan Wilkins, formerly co-founder of Blockstream and previously CSO of River, who worked on Zero Knowledge Solutions (with Dr. Adam Back), developing the Freedom Network (precursor to Tor). Cryptographically secure authentication ensures SIM swap attacks are impossible. Cloaked Network is a “better Tor” and will be launched soon.

  Slice is an adtech company that leverages Bitcoin for instant payouts! They have gained serious traction with over 900k installs for their Slice (AddSlice.com) product. The team has developed a second product, which leverages AI and is a customizable browser homepage. It’s incredibly sticky and super fun, check it out (AskVoid.com).   Closing 3/31, The Orange Pill App is profitable with over 15k users. 2024 revenue was $282k (+123%). OPA holds ~3.6 BTC on their balance sheet and recently launched a Bitcoin wallet inside their app with “Geozapping.” We have an upcoming X Spaces with founder Matteo Pellegrini. We’re excited about the roadmap, which includes ticketing, video calls, voice calls, and more. OPA is building the social layer for Bitcoin.
